Salary £30,000 - £50,000 OTE

Robert Half provides complete financial recruitment services at all levels - from clerical and trainee accountants to Finance Directors. We are looking to develop our teams in Edinburgh, Leeds, Leicester, Nottingham, Cambridge, Watford, Cardiff, Reading, Liverpool, Swindon and Manchester to enable us to expand our market share as the economy begins to grow.

The Role

From the start you will be given the opportunity to build our own client base from our extensive database and through your own networking activities. You will receive training and be supported by your manager on a daily basis. The role will test both your sales ability and tenacity, however the rewards are there for those that succeed.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively develop new business opportunities over the phone and in person
  • Recruiting, hiring and placing finance professionals in temporary, interim or permanent positions with our clients
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local finance and accounting community

 

Your Profile & Skills:

You need to be self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve your goals. Your communication skills need to be versatile enough to switch from influencing a finance director one minute and an accounts junior the next.

  • Ability to present and communicate at all levels
  • Committed to continually improving your skills as a sales person.

Salary & Benefits

As a Recruitment Consultant you can expect to earn in the region of £30-50k OTE in your first year. Benefits include bonus, private health insurance, pension and share options.
