The Company

Robert Half Finance and Accounting is currently recruiting for two senior Credit Analysts for a major retail bank in their London and Milton Keynes offices.

The Role

As the Credit Analyst you will be supporting successful value management credit portfolios by solving complex business problems and providing practical value based solutions. 

You will take accountability for an area of credit policy, or a suite of risk models, monitoring performance, developing and recommending changes where appropriate.

As the Credit Analyst you will be responsible for the following:

• Take ownership for monitoring and managing the performance of a credit product or group of policies, strategies or models
• Be the technical credit expert within a domain of credit policy and act as advisor to risk management and other business areas
• Responsible for developing and maintaining the key management reports used to assess portfolio performance and identify key issues
• Identify emerging trends and fully understand the key issues that impact portfolio performance and profitability

The Credit Analyst must have a proven track record of successful delivery in a statistical analysis role of similar complexity and level, preferably within a credit risk function with a very high degree of mathematical literacy.

As the Credit Analyst you must have strong oral and written communication skills.

The Salary

The role as an Credit Analyst is offering a salary of £30,000- £43,000 plus and excellent benefit package.
