Robert Half Financial Services & eFinancialCareers Salary Survey

Specialist recruitment agency Robert Half Financial Services Group has launched its annual salary survey, in partnership with eFinancialCareers.
 
The Robert Half Financial Services Group/eFinancialCareers Salary Survey 2007-2008 reveals that over a third of UK financial services workers are currently looking for a new job.  The main reason cited by 51 per cent of all respondents when considering moving jobs was the opportunity to further their careers.

Other key findings include:

• One in two (49 per cent) are unhappy with their existing salary and benefits package.
• Finance and operations staff work on average 45 hours per week.
• Over half (55 per cent) of financial services professionals currently receive an annual bonus.
• Average bonus received is £26,800 per year.
