We are currently looking for professionals with an entrepreneurial flair for new business generation to join our highly successful Robert Half team in Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester and London.
 
Our Management Resources Team focus exclusively on the placement of senior accounting and financial professionals in interim consulting, project and contract opportunities within the Financial Services and Commerce sectors.

Responsibilities include marketing to senior-level and executive management; generating business opportunities; account management skills; and resourcing, screening, selecting and placing of project consultants.

 

The Role

From the start you will be given the opportunity to build our own client base from our extensive database and through your own networking activities.

You will receive training and be supported by your manager on a daily basis. The role will test both your sales ability and tenacity, however the rewards are there for those that succeed.

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Proactively develop new business opportunities over the phone and in person
  • Recruiting, hiring and placing finance professionals in interim positions with our clients
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local finance and accounting community

 

Salary & Benefits

This Recruitment Consultant position includes a very competitive compensation plan with a good base salary, achievable OTE bonuses paid quarterly, equity potential, and BUPA.
