    Black Employee Network (BEN)

    BEN was the first ENG to form at our company. Three Robert Half employees organised and launched the group last summer. One co-founder of BEN said, “Being involved in BEN has been such a benefit to my employee experience. It’s connected me to colleagues I likely never would have interacted with … and involved me in projects that speak to my head and my heart, so I truly feel like I’m bringing my best self to work.

    Global Women’s Employee Network (GWEN)

    GWEN, launched in March 2021, is helping us close the gender gap. GWEN’s mission is to champion and amplify women’s perspectives while creating networks, community, and growth opportunities for women. One of the group’s co-founders said in a recent interview: “I’ve been fortunate to have woman peers and leaders at Robert Half who have helped inspire me to be a better leader.”
