Our Interim consultancy division - Robert Half Management Resources - is currently recruiting for driven business development professionals with a proven track record of achievement. You don't need to have previous recruitment experience; instead you'll bring your business development background and knowledge of working in a fast-paced sales environment. You key focus will be to provide a consultative approach to promote Management Resources services as a cost effective and flexible resource alternative to the Big 4. You will be known as a Client Services Manager or Client Services Director, looked upon as a true ambassador of the brand.

Your day will involve:
Networking and face to face interaction with finance candidates.
Identify new leads and business development opportunities on a daily basis.
Calling and meeting companies to find out about their recruitment needs.
Working with your Resource Manager to identify senior finance professionals with the best mix of skills which match our clients hiring needs.
Advising hiring managers on recruitment and market insights.
We are looking for people with impeccable business development, project management and multi-tasking skills, comfortable when communicating with finance professionals in person and on the phone. You will be a self-confident, enthusiastic, motivated person with a strong work ethic and thrive in a competitive team-driven environment. Having worked in a B-2-B sales environment or as a successful sales negotiator, you will be well practised in business development, telesales or face-to-face selling.
