Ian Graves is the Senior Group Managing Director for Robert Half Executive Search, specialising in the search and placement of senior-level, C-Suite professionals across finance, technology, sales, marketing, legal and human resources disciplines. Headquartered in London’s iconic Shard building, Ian oversees all day-to-day leadership activities and operations, including the strategic direction of Executive Search business units across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. 

Experience

For nearly 25 years, Ian has held various leadership roles with Robert Half, most recently as Senior Managing Director with operational responsibility for 10 markets across the company’s Continental Europe and Middle Eastern operations. As a senior executive of an S&P 500 company, Ian’s deep knowledge of the economies, recruitment and employment markets makes him a trusted business partner for organisations of different geographies, sizes and industries. 

Ian has recently returned to the UK following 12 years living in Continental Europe. His broad knowledge and commitment to leadership, change management, strategic development and succession planning offers him unique insight in helping companies prioritise and plan their critical hiring. Experience

Starting his career working in financial roles Tony then moved to Robert Half starting in the Birmingham office in 1989. Tony has built up a strong reputation within C-suite executive and leadership search, seeing clients repeatedly turn to him as their preferred executive search and placement consultant.

Tony has advised and worked in retained search partnerships with clients in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, engineering, automotive, FMCG, retail, distribution, transport, property, construction.

Experience

Having joined Robert Half in 2013 as the Associate Director for Robert Half Technology, Charlie was responsible for managing our offices across the London, Birmingham and Bristol locations and was one of the founding members of the Robert Half Technology business within the UK.

Prior to this, Charlie gained a wealth of experience in C-suite recruitment and executive search having established and managed a privately-owned executive search firm for eight years, working with businesses across professional services, retail and distribution, banking and financial services, health, education, and not-for-profit sectors. Neil has worked for Robert Half since 1997. Starting out as a Resourcer in financial services supporting firms in the City, he quickly rose through the ranks to associate director and later, director for London. After being recognised as the number 1 consultant for Robert Half worldwide, his career took on an international perspective as the Global Practice Director for Financial Services which took him to New York and Frankfurt. In 2014, he returned to London to start-up the Robert Half Technology recruitment business in the UK. Using his experience with recruitment best-practice, he adapted this knowledge to fit the rapidly evolving technology landscape. Based on the success of this venture, Neil then expanded this practice to include further digital and creative roles.
