Robert Half are recruiting for an accomplished Accounts Assistant to join one of Bath's leading employers - the company have an excellent reputation in the area and are seen as an employer of choice! This is initially a Long term fixed term contract.
Accounts Assistant required for rapidly expanding business based in Central Bath. Reporting directly into the Financial Controller you will be responsible for raising invoices to send to customers. Allocation of incoming cash and monthly reconciliation. Creating and posting journals and assisting with accruals and prepayments. You will have full responsibility for dealing with queries. Reconciliation of bank accounts on a weekly basis. Assisting with month end routines.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential. The role requires you to have strong excel (Pivot tables and Lookups) as well as a confident communication style. You will need to be well organised and able to work to deadlines.

Salary & Benefits
This is initially a fixed term contract paying £10ph-11ph. The company operate a 37 hour working week.
