Description

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for the creation and management of sales enablement and go-to-market strategies for key services and product offerings.

Role

Working closely with our sales team, consultants, technical teams and marketing team the Product Marketing team makes sure the technical features of our solutions are expressed as business benefits that meet the needs of our customers and enable consumption of Microsoft products.

You will own the value proposition development and will work with the Marketing Campaign Executives and sales teams to successfully take our products to market, drive sales and accelerate the customer buying journey.

Responsibilities

  • Be a major part of creating and/or executing the value-added proposition of products and offerings to existing customers, prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Be a major support to all sales teams providing them with all the tools needed including
  1. Create Internal training guides
  2. Create external presentation packs on PowerPoint slides for customers
  3. Create battle cards to overcome objections
  4. Create customer journey aids for inbound sales team
  5. Create and execute Microsoft focused catalogues
  6. Create and execute specific campaigns/projects
  • Go-to-market strategy
  • Market research (including competitor analysis)
  • Value proposition development
  • Communicating technical features as business benefits
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors to help bring a product to market

Profile

The successful product marketing manager will have a degree (or equivalent) in marketing or computer science with marketing experience

  • A background in a high growth technical environment is desirable
  • A background in value proposition development
  • Communication and leadership skills to bring together stakeholders across the business
  • Confident leader and presenter
  • A background in creating written content for commercial purposes
  • Knowledge of IT, IOT and/or IT software/Hardware is desireable

Salary & Benefits

The Successful product marketing manager can expect a competitive salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits
