This role will play a key part within the Senior Management Team, based at the picturesque head office based out of a converted barn on an organic farm in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

The salary will be between £55,000 and £60,000 per annum with 5% matched contributions for pension, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a quarterly bonus scheme and discounts within Peach Pubs.

THE FINANCIAL CONTROLLER ROLE
This role support the Finance Director in providing financial support including overall responsibility for the Management Accounts inclusive of Purchase Ledger, Cash Flow and Banking. You will take ownership of implementing and improving controls to ensure maintenance and development of the function whilst producing budgets, forecasts and key reporting requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analysis for Food costs and Kitchen Contribution
- Training and roll out for financial control processes in pubs and cost centres
- Working with Operations to build robust budgets
- Represent Peach Pubs in the shoes of finance at key networking events
- Provide analysis around cost controls
- Perform detailed cash flow working and development of models
- Maintenance of P&L and associated review meetings
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Line management of two persons

What skills do I need?
- Advanced Excel skills including data manipulation and modelling
- Enthusiasm to work in a busy, growing commercial business
- Strong, relevant financial control experience gained within a fast-paced, multi-site business
