Robert Half OfficeTeam is recruiting for an Interim Clinical Audit Manager for a West Midlands based Care Home for an immediate start
The Interim Clinical Audit Manager is required to lead on a deep dive audit of a care homes operational and care practices to improve both aspects in the home.
We require an experienced interim Clinical Audit Manager who has operated at senior operational management level as well as a hands on carer earlier in their career to be able to identify challenges and solutions effectively.
Strong CQC guidelines and regulatory knowledge is essential as well as the ability to communicate effectively with care staff, registered managers and residents.
Previous successful improvement based care/nursing home roles - either on a permanent or an interim basis is essential.
A practical delivery focused approach is needed, coupled with effective behavioural and culture change influencing skills Immediate start required
Days per week flexible
Initial two month audit and change management role - leading to possibly a longer term role to guide and embed the change
