Accounting and Finance
Robert Half are currently representing an innovative organisation based in Bradford who are looking for a highly skilled Finance & Performance officer to join their team.
You will be responsible for the following:
Purchase and sales ledger including the preparation and posting of journals and supporting documentation.
Maintain an up-to-date approved supplier list and undertake periodic reconciliations of supplier statements to purchase ledger balances
Support the production of monthly management accounts (including actual and forecast results) for the organisation and quarterly financial and performance reporting to the Board.
Provide advice and support in the preparation of annual budgets, working in collaboration with budget holders.
Maintain accrual and prepayments schedules, ensuring these are recognised as income / expenditure in a timely manner and in accordance with accounting standards.
To be considered for this role you will need the following:
Previous experience in purchase & sales ledgers
Strong communication skills
Able to prioritise workloads
Day-to-day management accounting knowledge
The role is in a central Bradford location easily accessible via pubic transport and has free parking.
