Robert Half Finance and Accounting are recruiting a Payroll Manager for a company based in Bridgend.
Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently recruiting a Payroll Manager, with systems implementation experience for a company based in Bridgend.
The successful candidate will support in the delivery of a system migration, whilst overseeing the payroll function. The role is an assignment contracted as an ongoing temporary position and will be paying up £20-25 per hour, dependant on experience.
- Managing a payroll migration onto SAP
- Develop payroll processes
- Get involved with payroll and HR administration across all levels
- Ensure new system implemented is working efficiently
- General payroll administration
- Support the payroll team
- Payroll knowledge and experience across all levels within payroll function
- IT Literate with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- SAP experience
- Exceptional communication and social skills
- Management of large payroll processes
- Experience with managing teams
- Experience of project management
- £20-25 per hour + holiday pay
