Description :

Robert Half are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join one of Bristol's fastest growing marketing companies based in Central Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to have a varied role within an excellent organisation. The successful Accounts Assistant will need to be available on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of Purchase and Sales Ledger
  • Ensuring all invoices are prepared and sent out in a timely manner
  • Taking responsibility for Credit Control
  • Preparing financial reports to Directors on a monthly basis
  • Undertaking weekly and monthly payroll for 50+ employees
  • Liaising with external company accountants as required

You will need to:

  • Have at least 1 years experience working in a similar role
  • Have experience working with Sage and Excel
  • Minimum of AAT level 3

Salary & Benefits:

£10-12 ph // TEMP to PERM
