Description

Robert Half Office Team are currently looking to recruit for an administrator in Central Bristol. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to support with daily operations and administration duties in their new offices. This role would be suitable for someone looking to start a career in administration.

You will need to be immediately available for work as this role is due to start ASAP on an ongoing temporary basis.

Responsibilities

  • Data Entry
  • Printing and preparing materials
  • Compiling client reports
  • Providing general customer service
  • Using Microsoft Excel to keep accurate and up to date reports
  • Answer incoming calls and emails and forward as necessary
  • General ad-hoc administration as required
  • Keep office clean and tidy
  • Keep on top of office stationary requirements
  • Booking meeting rooms

Person Specification

  • Some administration/customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Presentable and punctual
  • Hardworking and motivated
  • Personable and a team player
