Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator for a client of ours in Central Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business that is going through a period of growth. This is an ongoing temporary position and needs someone with strong administrative experience to take the lead in the existing administration team.
· Provide administrative support to Directors
· Diary and email management
· Be point of contact and support for Admin team
· Deal with client and customer queries
· Responsible for payroll administration
· Ensuring monthly reports and other documents are received and processed on time
· Responsible for organising, directing, training and motivating employees to deliver the agreed targets and KPIs
· Strong Administrative experience
· Strong IT skills with particularly strong knowledge of Excel
· Confident and articulate
· Ability to multi task and prioritise
