Robert Half are working exclusively with a leading retail organisation based in Cambridge - they are looking to appoint an accomplished Purchase Ledger Officer on an ongoing basis. The company have recently been recognised as a leader in their respective industry and have gone through a number of successful acquisitions over the last 18 months.
The organisation are looking to add an accomplished Purchase Ledger Officer to join their business (Starting ASAP) on an ongoing basis to support an ongoing project within their finance department.
Reporting into the Transactional Finance Manager you will assume responsibility for all activities relating to Purchase Ledger - processing supplier invoices using ERP software, reconciliation of supplier statements, dealing with invoice related queries. You will also be responsible for the preparation and submission of a weekly BCAS payment run. Processing employee expenses on a monthly basis will also form part of this role.
To be considered you will come from a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable background and be comfortable working in a busy environment. You will need good organisational skills and also be competent with the MS Office range.
