Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a temporary Human Resources Advisor based in Cardiff.
Our client are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to work on a short term temporary assignment for 3 months.
Candidates should be available for work immediately and be looking for an assignment on a temporary basis.
The role holder will play a key role in delivering excellent, customer focused service that enable the Association' s vision and values to be achieved. They will provide professional advice and support on people related matters to colleagues throughout the Association.
In addition they will need to actively contribute to the development and implementation of People Services business plans which lead to continuous improvement and develop a range of policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and consistency throughout the organisation.
The successful candidate will need to build strong working relationships with all other departmental managers, to actively contribute to the successful delivery of services by development of best practise through, staff and organisation operations.
