Description

Robert Half are recruiting for a Reports Administrator to join a well-established business based in Castleford.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within the Technical and Operations team to deliver business objectives in line with the company business plan
  • To produce reports in digital format using Microsoft products or bespoke business software packages from pre-populate digital reports
  • To carry out general administrative duties to support the department
  • To liaise with the field-based operatives through the Planning and Operations teams to maintain and improve the quality of reports
  • Implement best practice, systems and processes to achieve business targets
  • As appropriate liaise with field-based team members directly, ensuring any deficiencies in report quality are improved upon and produced in line with company objectives
  • Manage all non-confromances through the Planning and Operations Managers to ensure that corrective actions are instigated in all cases
  • Actively participate in team meetings to get correct information flow, future and on-going support & project activities, problems and opportunities
  • Monitor your personal KPIs to ensure you meet business objects on turnaround times
  • To carry out any other reasonable tasks as directed by management from time to time

Requirements: experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the service industry with field-based personnel is desirable but not essential
  • Strong IT skills including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with proven experience of good system and record maintenance
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Professional, customer-focused manner, helpful and supportive to colleagues
