Description
Robert Half are working in partnership with an established manufacturing business based in Cheltenham who are looking to add a driven and dynamic temporary Accounts Assistant to their finance team. This role will be temporary for up to 3 months and will support a tight-knit, supportive finance team.

This role is available to start ASAP.

Role: Accounts Assistant
Duration: Temporary - 2-3 months
Salary: £10 - £12.50 per hour
Location: Cheltenham

Role
You will be responsible for:
  • Day to day accounting duties
  • Purchase Ledger (including matching, batching and coding of invoices)
  • Sales Ledger (Raising invoices and Cash allocation)
  • You will be responsible for the day to day banking and bank reconciliations

Profile
To be considered you will need to have:
  • Varied accounting background, ideally with exposure in the duties listed above.
  • Confident telephone manner - interacting with colleagues and external contracts
  • Proactive approach
  • Strong attention to detail
