Are you an ambitious CRM Specialist looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a prestigious Financial Services institution based in the heart of the City of London? Do you have experience with CRM installation, customisation and modernisation?
As the successful candidate you will be the expert point of contact for the business as they embark on a new journey with technology at the heart of everything they do. Key responsibilities include;
- lead the ongoing development of the core CRM deployment.
- Improving processes and adoption using the CRM platform.
- Work closely with business areas, and subject matter experts to identify develop, improve and deploy new business processes.
- Be part technical, part administrator and part CRM analyst. You will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the CRM platform.
