Description

This role would suit a recent graduate who is driven and motivated by progression and career development within finance. You will ideally have a minimum of 6 months experience within a finance role with exposure to sales ledger and/or purchase ledger.

 

Role

 

The role will be based in Imprima's new state of the art London office and will primarily be involved with the financial, commercial and legal administration. As a member of the finance team you will deal with all levels management and may become involved in various tasks and projects requiring management information.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of monthly sales invoices.
  • Assist the group financial controller with the implementation of a new finance software system
  • Support the Legal and Commercial Administrator with customer contract and invoicing queries.
  • Data Input
  • Maintenance of data on our CRM system SalesForce
  • Monitoring aged debt and chasing unpaid Invoices.
  • Maintenance of Customer Ledger/database.
  • Producing monthly KPI data for management board packs

Profile

This role would suit a recent graduate who is driven and motivated by progression and career development within finance. You will ideally have a minimum of 6 months experience within a finance role with exposure to sales ledger and/or purchase ledger. A European language such German, Dutch, French or Spanish would be desirable.
