Robert Half are currently hiring Division Managers (Team Leaders) based out of our London Office in The Shard for both our Temp and Perm Lines of Business.

These opportunities will suit a Senior Consultant looking for their first leadership opportunity or a current Manager seeking a fresh challenge.

This opportunity is working within the 'London West Team', specialising in placing Candidates and supporting Clients within the West, South West and North West London territory, including locations such as Kensington, Hammersmith, Richmond, Heathrow, Ealing, Earls Court, Notting Hill, Wimbledon and Croydon.

The West London Team has produced a range of both UK and Global Top Performers and has been a great platform to team members to build and develop their careers.

Role

As a Division Manager, you will be leading from front, whilst supporting, coaching and developing a small team.

You will have strong emotional intelligence and have a true desire to develop others, whilst still maintaining strong billings.

  • Prospecting for new client business by meeting hiring managers in order to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Making recommendations to clients in the area regarding the candidates available to best meet their requirements.
  • Providing customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met

  • Sourcing candidates through existing database, advertising, internet, business contacts and direct recruiting.
  • Meeting with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences.
  • Liaising with team-mates to accomplish business growth goals.
  • Individuals work in a team environment while being held accountable for individual growth targets.
  • A combination of recruiting, account development and account management skills are required.

Profile

  • We are looking for people with impeccable business development and multi-tasking skills.

  • Prior experience in recruitment is an advantage, although we are interested to hear from "high-achievers" from other disciplines.
  • You will be service driven and highly motivated to offer both Clients and Candidates a high level of service
