OfficeTeam has an exciting role for an Executive Assistant supporting three Managing Directors of a leading investment dealer and one of the largest North American financial institutions.
This permanent role is based in The City of London and is paying the successful Candidate a competitive package up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience
You must have experience of:
· Global travel and itineraries
· Extensive and complex travel arrangements
· Full, detailed itinerary management
· Flight, transfer, accommodation arrangement
· Liaise with external stakeholders and their PAs in meeting arrangement
· Full diary management and schedule management
· End to end event management and be prepared to travel
· Experience working across time zones in international travel and diary management, managing busy schedules and switching between calendars and time zones
You must be:
· Confident and assertive with an ability to work on your own initiative.
· Be hardworking and professional, highly organised with a team spirited nature
· High level communication is key both orally an in writing
