Description

Robert Half is working with one of the fastest growing law firms in the East of England and looking to recruit a Learning and Development Officer to join the team. There will be a change to support an established and prestigious firm that has doubled in size of the past couple of years and the opportunity for quick progression.

Role

The successful Learning and Development Officer will:

  • Be responsible for L&D initiatives and projects
  • Identify training in line with the needs of the business
  • Design learning programmes
  • Implement learning across all levels of the business
  • Monitor the annual L&D budget
  • Be the main point of contact for training needs
  • Deliver inductions and on boarding
  • Support Heads of Departments in identifying training needs of their teams
  • Facilitate meetings and deliver workshops

Profile

  • Experience of Learning and Development within a law firm would be beneficial
  • Must have an interest in building a Learning and Development career within the Legal industry
  • Able to manage a busy work load
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure
  • Good team work ethic
