Description
The Business:
An international professional business with offices across the globe is looking to recruit a Payroll Manager to join them on a temporary to permanent basis.

Reporting into Financial Director. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for a small payroll team and manage the payroll across multiple locations globally.

The Role:
  • Processing Payroll for around 900 staff
  • Processing Weekly and Monthly Payroll
  • Dealing with bonus payments
  • Working out and paying overtime rates
  • Managing a team of 3
  • Dealing with HMRC queries
  • Ensure reconciliation and validation of data according to predefined payroll processing procedures and standards
  • Managing enquiries from stakeholders and local offices via our case management tool, ensuring full resolution is in line with company Service Level Agreements
  • Develop and drive action plans and cause analysis reports for issues, as required
  • Participate in the development of processes and procedures for the team by stakeholders and business requirements
