We are pleased to be working alongside a long standing local client in recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their busy accounts team based in Harwell for a 3 month temp contract.
Working in a team of 8 other accounts colleagues, your key duties will include:
- Coding/ allocating/ reconciling Sales Ledger invoices.
- Match/ batch/ coding Purchase Ledger invoices.
- Bank reconciliations
- Overseeing supplier and invoice queries.
The offices benefit from free on-site staff parking and regular public transport links.
