Continued growth into the UK market sees this phenomenal organisation recruiting for a talented 'Retail Controller'. Reporting to the Head of Controlling, the Retail Controller shall be responsible for assisting in the audit of several locations, whilst also travelling between each and reviewing internal controls, performing inventory reconciliations, cash and till reconciliations and conducting review meetings with store managers. The ideal candidate will develop business practices for the optimisation of operation processes whilst also liaising with senior management regarding the potential weaknesses in the organisations retail infrastructure. The opportunity will also exist to analyse stores on an individual basis and report findings and plans for improvement to management whilst also being able to monitor stock take and suggest practical improvements in the product flows.
The ideal candidate should be degree educated and preferably from a retail or hospitality background given the nature of the role. You should have 1 to 2 years in a stock related role or alternatively strong analytical skills from an audit background. The core responsibilities of this role mean the ideal candidate will be well versed at reviewing numerical data and have some good exposure to stock reconciliations. A professional manner is expected at all times when representing the organisation as you will effectively be representing a major brand in the retail industry.

Salary & Benefits
