Description

Robert Half is partnering a vibrant and relaxed office based in Central Edinburgh who have grown rapidly over the last few years. Due to growth, the company is now looking to recruit an accounts assistant/purchase ledger.

They operate in the marketing industry so this role would be suited to a candidate looking to work within the creative industry.

Client Details

Our client is a creative business operating in the marketing sphere. They have grown over the last few years and are keen to hire an Accounts Assistant with at least one years experience.

They cultivate a progressive environment with team breakfast on a Friday and monthly office get-togethers.

The successful candidate must have worked on Sage 50.

Description

This is an Accounts Assistant role with Sage Line 50 for a minimum 3 - 6 months

- Raising and processing sales and purchase invoices

- High volume processing

- Bank reconciliations

- Cash allocation

- Supplier statement reconciliations

Profile

The candidate we are looking for will have at least some of the following:

- Invoice processing or administration experience

- A pro-active attitude

- SAGE 50 experience would be ideal
