The successful Finance Manager will play an integral part in the growth of an exciting, well-branded business with huge growth potential. You'll have full responsibility for all group reporting, budgeting & forecasting. You'll have the abiility both to have a hands on approach to the accounts, whilst also having involvement in implementing process improvements and business partnering. There is also a new system implementation planned for next year, which will represent an exciting project.
The business will consider either formally qualified individuals or exceptional candidates who are qualified through experience. Hospitality experience would be ideal, although not a necessity. What's more important is that the person is colloborative, forward-looking, a technically astute financial professional.

Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary of c.£40,000-£45,000 + benefits
