Accounting and Finance
This is an all round Payroll position working closely with the current Payroll Manager to take on processing weekly and monthly payroll.
This position is based out near the Gyle and would be suited to anyone from Central or West Edinburgh, Dunfermline, Livingston or Falkirk.
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll for 150 permanent and up to 600 contracting staff
- Auto-enrolment, salary and pension calculations
- Reporting of RTI and HMRC
- SSP, SMP, SPP
- Maintenance of payroll systems and data integrity
- Responsible for responding to queries
- Excellent communication skills
- New start and leaver info
- Assisting with reporting
You will have a minimum of 4 years Payroll experience and have a get stuck in attitude. You will thrive in a large, busy office and enjoy working as part of a wider finance team.
The business is financially strong and seeing year on year profit growth. You would be joining a large finance team in a busy open plan office where you quickly become involved in the team.
Salary & Benefits
This position would be on a temporary basis for 8-12 weeks initially at a pay rate of £12-14ph plus holiday pay and dependent on experience
Work hours are 9am - 5pm Mon-Thurs and 9am - 3pm on Friday.
