Snr Finance Assistant

Accounting and Finance
- Perform daily financial transactions, purchase ledger, sales ledger, receipts & payments, expenses and ensuring that general ledger is aligned to core business systems.
- Have responsibility for preparing and reviewing process journals/accruals.
- Take reconciliations across ledgers/control accounts/ to high standards and tight deadlines.
- VAT return prep
- Account recharges
- Maintenance of financial control sheets and documents as required
- Provide input & technical commentary into the monthly MI packs and production of department metrics
- Develop & maintain relationships with relevant Finance and business areas
The successful candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- A sound knowledge in Financial Services
- Proven track record and experience of book keeping, ledge processes and expenses
- Sage 200
