My Client provides creative office spaces for various industries including tech, fashion and media and are based in Liverpool Street. An excellent opportunity has arisen to support the Finance Manager.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will see you involved in:
Management of all aspect of Sales Ledger, monthly billing reconciliation and adhoc billing. Ensuring the correctness of revenue coding and full responsibility for debt chasing and collections. This role also consists of daily bank postings and weekly Bank Reconciliations, monthly revenue reconciliation and rent-free period calculations, assistance in quarterly VAT returns and assistance in month end tasks and Balance Sheet reconciliation.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years plus experience within a varied accounts assistant position with experience of sales ledger. A good understanding of double entry bookkeeping is essential. The candidate will have intermediate Excel skills and possess excellent analytical skills with a logical approach to problem solving.
