Description

Robert Half OfficeTeam is currently recruiting for a part time Office Manager to work for an international Consultancy business.

Previous experience working in a similar role in a process driven environment is a must. This is a permanent position paying £28,000 to £36,000 per annum and is based in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet clients
  • Meeting room management and preparation
  • Diary management
  • Booking international travel
  • Dealing with all HR related queries and administration
  • On boarding new staff
  • Database management
  • Manage all expenses for the office
  • Event management
  • Liaising with clients regarding administration, bookkeeping and timesheets
  • Using excel daily for administrative and accounting tasks

Requirements

  • High attention to detail
  • Process driven Office Manager
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to be flexible
  • Trustworthy, honest, efficient, reliable, proactive with a flexible approach
