Description

Robert Half OfficeTeam have an exciting role for an Office Manager to join a international well established real estate company based in East London with good transport links. The ideal candidate will have 4 years' experience as an office manager with a head count of over 20, the role requires the candidate to work with autonomy and manage a busy fast paced office. The role is paying 40k with excellent benefits.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience/Advanced Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and assertively as part of a small team
  • 'Front of house' personality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Property Manager with estate management issues
  • Management of credit card purchases for the office
  • Liaise with external IT companies for technical support, setting up new e-mail accounts, purchases
  • Negotiate and procure new suppliers and contracts as and when necessary
  • Create and manage a preferred supplier list
  • Arranging both in-house and external events
  • Preparation of expense claims as requested
  • Organise monthly team meetings
  • Carrying out research as requested
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the local intranet homepage content
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Opening mail, screening calls and answering general enquiries
  • Managing and booking of meeting rooms
  • Booking of courier and taxi services
  • Order lunches, book restaurants, hotels and travel
  • Order and maintain stationery and office supplies
  • Management of mobiles, cleaning, recycling and garden maintenance
  • Assist with binding, filing and archiving
  • Photocopying and printing documents as when requested
  • Responsible for distributing office security access card and office keys
  • Troubleshoot common problems with computers, telephone system, and other office equipment
  • Induction for new starters,
  • Liaise with Bupa and manage Health care cover
  • Trained for the role of First Aider, Fire Marshall taking the lead on all health and safety issues.
