Description

Robert Half OfficeTeam is currently recruiting for a part time Office Manager to work for an international Consultancy business.

Previous experience working in a similar role in a process driven environment is a must. This is a permanent position paying £28,000 to £36,000 per annum and is based in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and greet clients

Meeting room management and preparation

Diary management

Booking international travel

Dealing with all HR related queries and administration

On boarding new staff

Database management

Manage all expenses for the office

Event management

Liaising with clients regarding administration, bookkeeping and timesheets

Using excel daily for administrative and accounting tasks

Requirements

High attention to detail

Process driven Office Manager

Excellent Microsoft office skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and ability to be flexible

Trustworthy, honest, efficient, reliable, proactive with a flexible approach
