Description

Robert Half OfficeTeam is currently recruiting for a Team Assistant to work within the Head Office of a UK wide services business.

This is ideal for a candidate that is looking to work within fast pace position. Previous experience working within a hands-on environment is essential. This is a 12 Months fixed term contract position paying £25.000 - £28.000 per annum and is based in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative and PA support to 3 Directors
  • Inbox and diary management for all 3
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, plan and prepare extensive travel itineraries
  • Monitor and screen incoming calls
  • Schedule meetings, liaise on Board Executive levels
  • Organise conference calls, meeting rooms, facilities and refreshments
  • Support with Power Point Presentations
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects for the wider team
  • Handle urgent, sensitive and confidential matters as required
  • Scanning and filing
  • Act as the first point of contact for the 3 Directors
  • Diary management for all meetings / meeting rooms
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Dealing with expenses
  • Event organisation

Requirements

  • Excellent Excel, Word (etc) skills
  • Strong verbal, written, customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed beyond the scope of the job description to ensure timely resolution
