Robert Half Office Team are delighted to be working with an extremely successful organisation to recruit an experienced administrator. The purpose of the role is to provide a first class administration service to the company whilst also supporting the wider team. The successful candidate will be a capable administrator and eager to develop their skill set in a really dynamic and fast-expanding business.

The responsibilities of the role are:

  • General administration duties including data entry
  • Keeping records up to date & extensive filing duties
  • Support on ad-hoc project work as needed
  • Daily use of in house systems
  • Liaising with customer services team
  • Manging the booking of meetings and appointments at the head offices


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Good organisation abilities and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in construction industry in an advantage
  • Intermediate Excel skills to Pivot Table level
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills
