Description

Robert Half are currently looking to recruit for an administrator in Haverhill.

You will need to be immediately available for work as this role is due to start ASAP on an ongoing temporary basis.

Responsibilities

  • Data Entry
  • Printing and preparing materials
  • Compiling client reports
  • Providing general customer service
  • Using Microsoft Excel to keep accurate and up to date reports
  • Booking meeting rooms

Person Specification

  • Some administration/customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
