Robert Half are pleased to be exclusively supporting our client, a successful SME business circa £5 mill TO, on the recruitment of an important Finance Manager position. This is a crucial role managing all of the day to day financials of the business, part of the management team whose I am will be to ensure the financials are professional and robust.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for all of the accounting for the business, duties will include:
-Producing Management Accounts and Management Reporting Pack
-Invoicing Processing, Bank reconciliations, Staff Expenses
-Approve and make oversees payments and monitor foreign exchange rates
-Preparation of Annual Budgets
-Analysis and Reporting including Sales performance
-Setting up and managing cost centres
-Submitting quarterly VAT Return
-Development of the company Netsuite ERP System
We are looking for a fully-qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience Finance Manager who has worked in an SME business before and who is experienced in management and financial accounting, managing cash flow, budgeting & forecasting and advising management on all financial aspects of a business. Good knowledge of finance ERP systems would be strong advantage.

Salary & Benefits
A highly competitive base salary of circa £40-47k plus benefits
