Robert Half Finance & Accounting are working with an established business in Huddersfield to recruit for their credit control team
The roll will be responsible for managing a part of the ledger amongst a team, reporting into the Credit Control Supervisor.
Candidates will be expected to have a good attitude towards work, excellent organisational skills and an ability to maintain relationships with clients.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Continuing the Credit Control process by carrying out all necessary Credit Control duties to ensure the timely recovery of debt.
Collate and review information in relation to the Ledger and report to the Head of Finance on the key issues along with necessary recommendations
Work closely with other colleagues in the credit control department, and amongst the finance team to ensure that month end and year end deadlines are hit
In order to be considered applicants will be expected to:
Possess strong customer service skills
Have previous experience of analysing and reporting on debt
Have previous experience of a wholesale environment, dealing with different branches.
