Robert Half are looking for a Data Administrator to join a Client of ours based in Central Huntingdon. As data administrator you will be working closely with the Project Director and Project Managers and will be responsible for preparing client status reports, setting up excel spreadsheets and general administrative duties.


Robert Half are looking for a Data Administrator to join a Client of ours based in Central Huntingdon. As data administrator you will be working closely with the Project Director and Project Managers and will be responsible for preparing client status reports, setting up excel spreadsheets and general administrative duties.

This role is immediately available on a temporary to permanent basis.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, maintain, review and audit data.
  • Create, format and proof Excel spreadsheets.
  • Prioritise work in line with project management decisions.
  • Create/prepare and distribute reports of the data entered.
  • Query data inconsistencies.
  • Email and telephone communications.

Requirements & Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. (Experience with excel pivot tables and formulas is a major advantage).
  • Experience with Microsoft Access is useful.
  • Highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks and creatively problem solve.
  • Experience with managing contacts and schedules. (Knowledge of Salesforce is useful.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions.
  • Demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail and be an accurate typist.
  • Ability to take initiative and willingness to approach work with a sense of urgency.
  • Willing to share knowledge, be proactive and be part of a fast-paced team.
  • Prioritise, follow up and accept responsibility with minimal supervision.
  • Be consistent, following tasks through from start to finish and meet deadlines.
