Key responsibilities:

- Daily banking reconciliation

- Matching, checking and coding supplier invoices

- Filing invoices

- Reconciliation of supplier statements

- BACS payment runs

- Accurate record keeping

- Keeping customer database records up to date

- Processing and recording sales transactions

- Providing general administrative support to all areas of the store

- Ordering stationery and store consumables
