Description :

Office Team are recruiting for a Customer service Advisor to join business based in Castleford. To be considered for this position you must have previous experience gained within a customer focused role.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting customers of the business on a daily basis to update them with their contract information
  • Renew customer's contracts
  • Record details of enquiries, actions taken, comments and complaints
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries according to agreed service levels· Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Direct difficult requests and unresolved issues to the Customer Support Manager
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and give suggestions for improving the customer journey

What we are looking:

  • Previous B2B Customer Service experience
  • Team player· Proactive and with a can-do attitude
  • Patient & people oriented· Strong phone contact handling skills
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise
  • Effectively and efficiently retrieve information and resolve customer issues
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Must be comfortable dealing with high volumes of calls on a daily basis
  • Permanent position, interviews available immediately

Salary & Benefits: £18,000k, plus additional benefits
