Office Team's client based in Leeds 15 are looking to recruit an experienced German Speaking Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis. The successful candidate needs to be available for work immediately. Full time hours will be scheduled on a shift basis 5 days out of 7, with a requirement to work 1 weekend in 3.
The successful candidate will need to have the ability to speak German fluently, as incoming calls will require German understanding and translation.
Day to day responsibilities for this position will include:
* Receiving and logging incoming calls in a professional manner
* The ability to understand the nature of the issue and prioritise this accordingly
* Able to work through the customer's issue through effective questioning and listening skills.
* Data entry updating the in house computer system with call details.
Salary & Benefits
£9.00 per hour
