Robert Half are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join a market leading Distribution firm based in Leeds. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work for a vibrant business who offer industry leading training and ongoing career development.
As a member of the Internal Sales Executive team you will play an important role in supporting the businesses growth. You will work in conjunction with a field sales executive, supporting a base of existing customers and maximising opportunities from all leads.
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to existing customers to build relationships
- Take and process orders customers to build relationships
- Offer tailor made solutions to clients
- Negotiate prices on incoming enquiries with existing and new customers
- Send out samples to customers
- Follow up leads
- Work closely with the field sales executive to keep updated on customer progress
- Account management - consistently offer a first class customer service experience to customers
