Robert Half are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a rapidly expanding business based in South Leeds. They are looking to add headcount to their finance department initially on a temporary basis but with the potential of temporary to permanent.
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices using bespoke software, resolving customer queries and logging in excel, supplier statement reconciliation. Preparation of weekly payment runs and submission via BACS. You will also be responsible for processing employee expenses.
Previous experience in purchase ledger is essential. The role requires you to have strong IT Skills including Excel and Word. You will also need a confident communication style. You will need to be well organised and able to work to deadlines.
