Robert Half Office Team are delighted to be working with an extremely successful organisation to recruit a corporate receptionist and administrator for a prestigious professional service firm based in Leeds. This is a 12 month contract, which is due to start in mid-April, immediate interviews available.

The purpose of the role is to provide a first class Reception service to the company whilst also supporting the wider team. The successful candidate will be an extremely capable administrator, with previous experience in a reception or switchboard role and eager to develop their skill set in a really dynamic and fast-expanding business.

The responsibilities of the role are:

  • Answer all incoming calls in accordance with our standard company greeting
  • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
  • Greet, assist and/or direct visitors, Clients and Partners
  • Ensure all visitors follow the correct signing in and out process
  • Faxes to be dealt with in a timely manner and passed to the relevant person
  • Co-ordinate diary management for all meeting rooms, including workshops, refreshments, etc.
  • Deliveries to be signed for, the relevant person notified for collection
  • Report facilities related issues in a timely fashion
  • Distribution of internal communication to be completed where required including facilities memos
  • Responsible for completing office stationary goods orders
  • Providing temporary agency employees with an overview of reception and training
  • Be involved and contribute at team meetings
  • General administration duties

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong administration and reception abilities
  • Good organisation abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be immaculately presented
  • Intermediate/ advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages
