Client Relationship Manager

Robert Half is excited to be working with one of its leading clients who are looking to recruit Client Relationship Manager for its office in Leicester.
In this role you will manage the client portfolio through periodic reviews, analysis of management information and compliance of client operating conditions. You will deliver excellent customer service to all clients. You will work closely with all departments to make sure you achieve agreed standards and targets
Key skills for this role would be to maintain a high level of professional conduct with internal and external customers via face to face, on the phone on email and in written communication. You will collaborate with client service teams and new business colleagues to achieve key performance indicators.
For this role you MUST have
- Experience in managing portfolio of clients
- Customer service experience
- Organisational skills
- IT skills
- Use risk systems
- Excellent time management skills
Desirable skills experience in insolvency knowledge or risk and basic financial knowledge
