Description

Robert Half OfficeTeam is exclusively working with a well known client based in Leicester and looking for a Client Manager to start with them ASAP!

This is a permanent role and looking to pay up to 26,000 working Monday to Friday!

  • Receive and answer calls/emails from clients
  • Responsible for co-ordination the client queries respond to and delivery customer service excellence
  • Ensure telephone calls to clients are diarised and completed to evaluate clients needs
  • Working with CRM In house systems
  • Actively seek to generate new client referrals from existing client accordingly
  • Provide office duties as necessary

This role would ideally suit someone with a professional telephone manner and confident in speaking with clients and providing excellent customer service.

Interviews will take place week commencing 22nd July 2019
